Philosophy is a very broad subject. There will be philosophers we connect with, and some we disdain. We are connected to the Greco-Roman traditions though some Christian thinkers, into the Enlightenment and Modernity, but one of the core goal is just to be able to build the bridges and make sense of the various philosophies with relation to the core scientific foundation and models.
