In its most basic form the vision for this organization is to act as a hub or community where we can network and where ideas can be exchanged and developed.
Beyond that there are some ideological foundations we are built on, certain individual qualifications we look for, and other more discrete functions of the organization.
Ideologically, as described on the home page there is a reverence for and adherence to the natural world and the laws which govern the universe. We also want to stay grounded in scientific explanations of these laws, but we are comfortable to build on top of those roots using a variety of explanations and symbols. We also want to maintain good enough optics to be able to operate above ground.
Individually we look for people who can be civil and respectful, are driven to engage, and capable of higher order thinking.
Operationally we seek to recruit and grow, to consolidate and organize in an effective way, and ultimately to have the greatest and most positive impact on the individual involved, their communities, and our nations as an emergence of that.
